A spacious villa in a quiet residential area
Located outside the coastal town of Estepona, Villa Rucula is lovely three-bedroom villa in a quiet residential area. The villa sleeps six people and has three bathrooms. On the upper floor, there are two double bedrooms. One of these has an en-suite bathroom and a private terrace, with awesome views down to the sea. There is also a family bathroom on this floor. On the ground floor, there is a third double bedroom, which is also en-suite with access to the patio. There is a large living area, complete with comfy sofas and a wall-mounted TV, along with a dining room and spacious, well-equipped kitchen.
Outside living is an important part of any holiday in Adalucía and Villa Rucula has plenty of outside spaces for you to enjoy. The private pool is surrounded by beautiful gardens and a terrace. The terrace offers seclusion and privacy for you to relax on the sun loungers. There is a brick-built barbecue and a covered alfresco dining area.
After a day by the pool, relax with a cocktail on the terrace before enjoying a freshly cooked alfresco meal under the Andalucian evening skies.
From Villa Rucula, it is just a short drive into Estepona, with its cobbled streets and whitewashed buildings. There are plenty of bars and restaurants to visit in the town and the sandy beaches are a great place to spend a day. Marbella is less than half an hour away and the nightlife of Puerto Bonus is about 15 minutes away. With its fantastic location, Villa Rucula is a great place to stay for a holiday in southern Spain.
